Book Settings Dialog

The Book Settings Dialog is displayed when the Book Settings button clicked in the Edit Book Dialog.   It has 5 tabs.  These are:

• The Sources tab
• The Format tab
• The Page Layout tab
• The Privacy tab
• The Language tab

The usage of these tabs is very similar to their usage in the context of the Report Options Dialog.
